Head Chef Pascal Ledroit, who previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Brussels, runs the restaurant Maison Gayda. 65 covers inside plus a further 75 covers on the newly opened terrace with stunning views over the Pyrénées provide a splendid location and ambiance for conference delegates.

A wine shop open every day except Monday where you can buy wines from Domaine Gayda and produce from the local area. The Speedtasting sessions are held in the state of the art winery, the ideal environment for your first introduction to wine tasting.

The tutored tastings take place in the newly completed tasting and meeting room.

The centrepiece of the room, a long solid oak table, provides seating accommodation for up to 20 people. The high natural light, air-conditioned environment create the perfect conditions for tasting and the vineyard immediately outside the entrance provides the ideal backdrop.
