Spend a day discovering how wine and food matching really works. Dispel the myths, discover your palate and understand some of the key elements of harmonising. This day is ideal for those wanting to understand more about how wine and food works together in an informal atmosphere. There will be a great opportunity to taste a wide variety of wines and foods together. At the end of the day there will be a tapas style lunch served with eight complimentary wines. By the end of the session you will be able to choose the right combination of wine and food with confidence. No previous knowledge of wine is necessary.
